The quality and duration of sleep are often not able to help us cope with our daily obligations either in our professional field or in the personal.

The nine yoga postures pictured are very easy and take no more than fifteen minutes to perform. There is no need to be overzealous or anxious if one day we feel the need to have a good time. These exercises are for wellness and better energy and not to feel like we have another obligation on our heads. Preferably choose to start this beautiful routine on a day when you don't work or have a day off so you don't feel stressed.
