Terms of Sale
To place your order in the Meliz.gr online store, you are invited to place the goods of your choice in the shopping cart and then follow the remaining steps of the process. All prices include 24% VAT and do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Upon successful completion of the process, the receipt of your order from the company's store is sent to your e-mail, so that you can have online access to it. This proof is also proof of acceptance of the terms of the sales contract by both parties.
Payment Methods
You can make your payment by direct debit to your credit card. The whole process takes place on the page and under the protection of the respective liquidator with whom the company cooperates.
Alternatively, your credit card can be charged via your Paypal promotion. Your transaction is done under the protection of Paypal's system.

Shipping costs of €6 are added to all purchases within Greece up to €69.99. For purchases over €70, shipping costs are €4.
For all the other countries the shipping costs are €20 for the first kilo.
In any case, the transfer costs from your account as well as any other bank charges are borne by the customer.
After the successful completion of your transfer - deposit, please send the receipt by email to info@meliz.gr.

Shipping Method
All shipments are made to the location of your choice via Courier service. Under no circumstances are goods delivered to PO boxes, as well as to minors or persons under guardianship unless there is written authorization.
All goods are accompanied by the legal proof of retail sale as well as a return form in case of withdrawal.
Shipping Time
Goods that are in stock are delivered to the Courier no later than the next working day from the day you place your order. Otherwise, the clearing and shipping time may be extended to 10 business days.
During busy periods the time to clear and ship your order will be as short as possible.
In case of force majeure or any other problem, we will contact you for further information.
Courier delivery time varies depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Cost
Shipping for purchases over €70 is €4.
For purchases up to €70 , shipping costs are €6 .
Withdrawal - Returns of Goods
You have the right to return the goods you purchased without reason within 10 working days from the date of receipt. In this case, you are asked to fill in the withdrawal form and pay the return fee to the postal company. In any case, shipping costs are not refundable. Merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition, in its undamaged packaging and accompanied by proof of retail sale. In any other case returns are not accepted.
