Rosin or resin, of excellent quality in a 1 kg package.

It is used:

• On the floors of Classical Ballet Schools.

(Rub the tips of the pointe shoes and the heels of the shoes to reduce slippage on clean wooden dance floors.)

• In Gymnastics and in O reivasia as well as in handball to improve adhesion.
• In Weightlifting for grinding shoes to improve grip on the platform.
• In Aerial Acrobatics , like A erialsilk and in Pole Dancing it is applied to the hands to increase grip.
